1 Definitions & Introduction

In these terms and conditions, "jte9", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to the jte9 online casino and sports betting platform. "User", "player", "you" or "your" refers to any person who is registered on or browsing this platform.

jte9 is an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to be in full agreement with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

4 Deposit Rules

The following mobile financial services (MFS) may be used to deposit funds on jte9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment method is accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Please provide the correct reference or transaction ID when depositing; jte9 will not be responsible for a failed deposit caused by incorrect information.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• jte9 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction for review.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will not be approved unless identity verification (KYC) has been completed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirement must be met (see Section 6 for details).
• In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from jte9 are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.
• Wagering Requirement: A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in both accounts being closed and the bonuses cancelled.
• jte9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

7 Game Usage Rules

The following rules apply to playing casino games, slots, and live games available on jte9:

• All games are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt).
• Game outcomes are determined by real-time algorithms and cannot be interfered with by jte9.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any other improper method is strictly prohibited.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on jte9 — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — is subject to the following terms:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match is officially declared abandoned or postponed.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
• jte9 reserves the right to suspend settlement or void bets placed on events linked to known corruption or match fixing.
• jte9 reserves the right to correct or void bets where incorrect odds were displayed.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud, cheating, or attempting to gain an advantage by unlawful means.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Opening multiple accounts or playing on behalf of a third party.
• Hacking, malware, or any other form of technical attack.
• Harassment of or attempting to defraud other users.
• Running promotional or affiliate activities without coordination with jte9.

10 VIP Program

jte9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity on the platform. jte9 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms at any time.

11 Responsible Gaming

15 Account Closure & Suspension

jte9 reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason — in particular in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Account inactivity (no use over an extended period).
• At the user's own request.

If there is a valid balance, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before account closure, unless the closure is due to fraud.

16 Changes to Terms

jte9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in their accounts of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. The most current terms will always be available on this page.
